The extravagant two BHK exudes eclectic detail in materials and luxurious textures, with leitmotifs seen through and through. To execute the vision of of an inviting and mature space with a touch of history, a lot of the original century-old SoBo structure was retained. Recovered teakwood joists along with recreated ones highlight the ceiling with cove lighting, columns stand reformed in concrete with a stainless steel base. Blue Bisazza tile panelled flooring from the master bedroom extends into the ceiling of the bathroom, and everything has a sense of harmony and an element of the unexpected.
An upgraded kitchen with Poggenpohl’s charisma lends minimalism, in addition to a honey-onyx counter-bar (doubling up as a dining table), is suffused with trend-driven aesthetic. Instances of colour in the black vitrified tiles, green pearl stone paired with plush furnishings and sensual leather details make up for characteristics which complement one another.
