For this textile industry office in Vapi, the client’s idea of the ideal office for Nikunj Fabrics was an oasis of comfort in contrast to the hustle and bustle of the surrounding mill. Concrete flooring and wall texture complement contemporary finishes of lamination on bespoke furniture, while timber and glass breathe cool and impart a sense of freshness. Low-key lighting in the executive area punctuated with art frames, and the light pendants accentuate the space further.
The entrance lobby is subtly encased by vertical timber-cum-concrete members rhythmically fixed, offering a glance at the metal-cladded door and glazed cabin partitions. The lounge offers a comfortable seating arrangement with picture frames and printed textiles highlighting the machinery and activities of the mill. In contrast to this are glazed partitions housing administrative cabins and a pantry.
