This BPO at the prominent Infotech complex in Mumbai commanded a prestigious facility. In order to accommodate a large number of employees, workstations were created on either side of low partitions in a concentric design to maximise space and break the monotony of the more traditional workspace set up.
The high ceilings inspired the creation of a mezzanine, also circular, with glazed glass windows to allow for management to observe the activities on the deck below. The floating character reflects dynamism while also providing much-needed space for additional activities and the required executive areas, training rooms and recreational facilities. Soft padding on the partitions and wall-to-wall carpeting serve to create better acoustics. The bright colour palette creates a more lively atmosphere, ensuring employees would spend more than just one night at this call centre.
